Com o intuito de assegurar uma maior efetividade na tutela jurisdicional executiva, algumas leis trouxeram alterações significativas para o Código de Processo Civil, especialmente para o processo de execução. Neste artigo realizaremos uma revisão de literatura objetivando mostrar como tais reformas acabaram por mitigar o princípio da autonomia que era inerente ao processo de execução. Dentre tais reformas podemos citar a figura da antecipação de tutela (instituída pela Lei Nº 8.952/94 e alterada pela Lei Nº 10.444/2002), as mudanças na execução de título judicial, com a reunião dos processos de conhecimento e de execução numa só ação (Lei Nº 11.232/2005), bem como as alterações na sistemática da execução de titulo executivo extrajudicial (Lei Nº 11.382/2006).

In order to ensure a greater effectiveness in executive judicial protection, some laws have brought significant changes to the Civil Code of Procedure, specially for the accomplishment process. In this article we will have a review of the literature aiming to show how such amendments eventually mitigate the principle of autonomy that was inherent in the executive process. Among such reforms we can mention the figure of the forethought legal protection (introduced by Law No. 8,952 / 94 and amended by Law No. 10,444 / 2002), changes in the execution of legal title, with the reunion of knowledge processes and performance in a single action (Law No. 11,232 / 2005), as well as changes in the systematic of execution of extrajudicial executive title (Law No. 11,382 / 2006).
